Certification, material declarations and packaging registration — stated plainly, with the documents you actually receive named explicitly.
Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system: documented procedures for incoming material, in-process checks, final inspection and non-conforming goods. In practice that means the same part number produces the same measurement next quarter, not just in the sample you approved.
Certificate copies and the scope statement are provided during the quotation process, together with the plant's registration details.
| Dimensional | Neck thread, closure height, dip tube length, bottle weight |
|---|---|
| Output | Dose per stroke, spray rate and spray pattern |
| Sealing | Leak and vacuum test on assembled kits |
| Mechanical | Actuation force, priming cycles, closure torque |
| Appearance | Colour against the approved standard, surface defects, print registration |
| Packing | Quantity per carton, carton dimensions, gross and net weight |
Inspection items are agreed per product at quotation. Buyers may nominate a third-party inspection agency at their own cost.
Drawing or dimensional sheet, packing figures, CBM, gross and net weight, container loading per model, and the compliance list for your destination market.
Material declaration (resin grade and recycled content where applicable), colour standard, artwork proof, and the approved physical sample reference.
Packing list, commercial invoice, and — where the product requires it — a declaration of conformity or a REACH statement for the materials used.
Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation, a product placed on the EU market needs a responsible economic operator established in the EU. A Hong Kong company does not qualify, and neither does a mainland manufacturer.
In practice this means one of two arrangements, and it has to be decided before the first shipment:
| The importer is the responsible person | The EU buyer places the goods on the market and carries the obligation. Most straightforward, and the default for direct B2B sales. |
|---|---|
| You appoint an authorised representative | An EU-established service provider acts on your behalf, named on the product and the documentation. |
A battery-powered garden sprayer is not just a plastic part with a motor. It brings CE marking, the RoHS directive, the WEEE directive for take-back, and UN38.3 test summaries for the lithium cell before it can be shipped by air or sea.
Our electric range is in preparation. When it launches, each model will be listed with its battery capacity, charger specification and the compliance documents available for that unit.
See the garden rangeWhere a part is intended for food-contact or cosmetic use, the statement you need names the specific resin and the specific regulation — EU 10/2011 for plastics in contact with food, or the cosmetic packaging requirements of your market.
We issue those declarations against the material actually used in your order. A generic certificate for "our plastic" is worth very little in an audit, and we do not supply one.
Recycled content is stated the same way: as a percentage per part, in writing, on the specification — not as a marketing badge.
Tell us the destination country and the part number.
