Most projects start from an existing mould and adjust what shows on the shelf — colour, surface, print and material. New tooling is optional, not a prerequisite.

Pump and bottle assembled, leak-checked and packed as one sellable SKU — so your filling line receives a single item, not two components to marry up.
Packing figures per carton, CBM and container loading calculated per model, so your freight quote is based on the real measurement rather than an estimate.

Decoration adds two more: artwork in vector format, and a Pantone or physical colour standard.
We confirm whether an existing mould can be adapted, or whether new tooling is needed. This decides the cost and the timeline, so it comes first.
For a new mould, tooling is built and T1 samples are produced for dimensional and functional review. Lead time is confirmed in the quotation rather than promised on this page.
You approve the physical sample, the colour and the artwork proof. Production does not start before that written approval — this protects both sides.

The manufacturing facility is in Yuyao, Zhejiang — the cluster that supplies a large share of the world's dispensing pumps and sprayers. It was established in 1983 and holds ISO 9001 certification.
The plant's registered name, full street address, audit reports and certificate scans are shared once a quotation is under way. We keep them off the public site deliberately: the documents are only meaningful next to a specific part number and a specific order.
